How come white females have to suffer for the civil rights of blacks. I mean, it was probably the white male.?

Think about this for a second, it's not a very ladylike idea to come up with the idea of slavery. I mean, men lead the household so the female is going to follow his example of course. back in the olden days, the males were considered the leaders for god sake and got to go out and work not women. I totally doubt a gentle woman came up with the idea of slavery. It hurts me to think that when we express are hatred for slavery, people group white females with those rotten males. Sure, there are racist white females out there, but for the most part, it's the white males. I mean, KKK; when you think of them, you think of a bunch old men in there 40s with nothing better to do but torment blacks. Not white females. Personally, I think it was the white MALE's idea to come up with slavery. White males wouldn't let females of any skin color vote for god sake. Uh, yes, it was the white man's idea, and I wished it hadn't been thought up at all. It reflects badly on the rest of us Caucasians. (Just so you know, I follow MY example, not a man's.)

Reply:ok well coming from one who IS black let me try to answer your non question. yes males have been the political power figure in history but do not think that women were not backing their husbands. there time was different than ours now. though they had no say they had more prestige than even black women. majority of the women back them knew only what their mothers and grandmothers had taught them that their husbands knew what was right and they agreed although this makes them look like cow compared to their husbands what of the women who's husbands had died in war yet kept her slaves. what compelled her to keep them...if not a breed of racisim in her bosom. white women currently are mingled in with white men for the same reason black women were mingled in with black men. sad that a nation so free has racisim at it's very core...it will never go away. understand that there is a class in america that no one dare speak on, white men, white women, black women, black men. that is the order as quiet as it is kept.
