Very dark urine with large particles?

i've posted previous questions like this--but i've developed "new symptoms" and still have no idea what's wrong..

for 3 weeks i've had abnormal urine, and from the second week to now having tons of tiny little particles floating around in it. this morning my urine was so dark it was orange/brown. and later i had urine with LARGE particles in it, in addition to the normal small ones. these large ones looked sort of like thin skin, only more flexible, and they were really white.

also, i have abdominal pain that comes and goes, and today i've had lower back pain that comes and goes. i don't know if this is related, but i've also had terrible headaches for the last 3 days, and get hot/chills at night.

however, i have no pain while urinating or intense urges. after voiding my bladder i do usually have the urge to go more, and "squeeze" out as much as i can once or twice. other than that, i don't wake up in the night or have sudden strong urges.

please help me! =(

Very dark urine with large particles?
Sounds like you could have kidney stones. Since you are now experiencing chills, headaches and backpain its probably a good idea to see a urologist or any physician as you have an infection that could severly damage your kidneys. Don't put this off any longer. Go to the hospital tonight if you think you can't wait to make a doctors appointment. You may have broken down the stones enough on your own and now they are passing, but just incase its always good that the doctor take a look. Some stones are too large to pass through the urethra and need to be surgically removed. You do not want to get to that point as that is extremely painful.

Reply:Okay first off, you should not be asking people to try and diagnose this.

Secondly, you should have seen your doctor when this all started.

Make an appointment and go.
Reply:Sounds to me like a serious bladder infection. Have you ruled that out yet? Get your urine tested by a doctor for it. Be sure to look into your family history: do you have cancer in your family? (especially bladder cancer) Diabetes?
Reply:Send me a message on here, I will give you my email address so you can send me the pictures. My aunt is a nurse, I will have her look at it and I will let you know what she says.
Reply:The symptoms sound like a urinary tact infection or maybe kidney stones. You should go to the doctors ASAP! It could get worse!
Reply:Could also be Hepatitis A or another liver condition. Is your stool also lighter colored than usual?
Reply:Infection and kidney stones are two possibilities that come to mind with these symptoms you are having but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
