What do I do for this blister?

I was at Disneyland/California Adventure all day today (after three days walking around other parks) and today I got a blister on the bottom of my foot underneath my second toe. I was just going to take it easy and then take care of it when I got home, but just as we were getting off the trams at our parking garage, it popped. Now I just have a stiff painful bubble of skin on the bottom of my foot thats making it hard for me to even bend my toes, let alone walk. What do I do?

What do I do for this blister?
Since I don't know how big you blister is, I can't be specific.

Go to you drugstore to the foot care section and see what they have. There are several kinds of covers for blisters, and some rubbery things that just form a cushion around the blister so it won't hurt to walk on it.

Look carefully at the labels, though. Some of those things are cushions to PREVENT blisters, and they shouldn't be used if the blister is already broken.

I am sending you a link to just one product I found on the net. But there are many others.

In the meantime, wash it and put a bandaid on it. If it is broken, it could get infected.
Reply:Pop it and clean it with peroxide. Let it dry out. No band aid.
Reply:walk on it some more and then rub it real hard on asphalt
Reply:soak it in epsom salt put some aloe on it goodluck
Reply:I think you should soak it, try to put ointment and a bandaid on it

Also to get rid of the terrible mark, use a pumice stone
Reply:pop pop and away! haha..i dont like when i get blisters. just take a straight pin and pop..its gone..just be sure to clean it w/ peroxide
Reply:soak it in salt water...press the flap closed apply a bandaid .and apply ice . change it tommorow and wear heeavy socks n tennis shoes for any activities.. when the flap dires in a few days cut it off and use peroxide to clean it with
Reply:Soak it in warm water with a mild soap 3 or 4 times a day, if you plan on walking , use a medical sponge (white bandage) put some antibiotic cream on it , wrap it with gaze. wear a loose shoe. If your just lounging around or going to bed just soak it as above and air dry it. don't cover it over night. The best thing for any soar, aberration or cut is soap, water and air drying. When you get home talk to your medical adviser, or doctors nurse. If your diabetic you might want to go to a doctor where ever your at.
Reply:To help soften the blister and aid in healing use vitamin E oil.

To prevent further blisters follow these simple rules:

Never shop for shoes at Pay-less, Rack room, or any other discount shoe store.

Never wear flip flops, they are the worst foot wear anyone could choose.

Never shop for shoes at a superstore, no Target, no Wallmart, no jc. penny, etc.

The best shoes for your feet are skateboarding shoes, make sure they are real skate shoes, vans, sketchers and world industries don't count as they where made for posers and will not offer the extra comfort and protection of a skate shoe.

If you have to have girlie shoes, be extremely critical of there fit and feel, do not settle for anything less than perfect, girlie shoes get worse with age, it's important to make sure that they don't start bad and get worse. My wife has had much luck with Chinese Laundry, they make a decent woman's shoe.

Lastly... if you have to be on your feet all day you need a shoe with no heel, it should have a rubber sole, it should have a nice stock cushioned insole(not aftermarket, very important) and the body of the shoe should be very padded(skate shoes are the best).

If you get a blister, it's your shoes fault, no question, get rid of them. When you treat your feet better your whole body feels better.
