Is there a doctor in the house?!?

Just on my pinky finger on my left hand the skin is flaking off and scale-like. What is also happening is that I have small blisters about the size of a pin head in the same area. I am able to pop these with a needle, if I do not pop them, the finger begins to itch and I get more blisters. None of this extends below my second knuckle on the finger. It has been like this for months and my family doctor, well, she can't tell her head from her tail if you get my drift and insurance prevents a switch to another doctor at this time. Please only serious answers, this is really bothering me.

If your family doctor cannot diagnose you then she should have sent you to a specialist for a consultation!
Reply:You need to see a dermatologist and get this checked out. Ask your doc for a referral if you need one otherwise just call and make an appointment with one.
Reply:Sounds like when people get athletes foot but u can get the same strain on your hands with the peeling and itching, u really should see a dermatologist.
Reply:Could be a type of shingles.Ihave simular condition. My doc. prescribed(Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP,1%) Seems to help.My wife says it is a verve condition.DA! I also take B vitamins to help the nerves.
Reply:It might be some sort of bacteria or virus like a type of wart that is there, try using some bleach on it and try to limit the amount you touch it so it doesnt spread.
