My gf and I are TTC. The last insemination period caused me GREAT PAIN and I would like to know why....?

We are TTC and inseminated last in April. I tested negative and have since had normal periods. Last month we inseminated 3 times. The first caused me great pain and cramping. I had to sit on the toilet for about 30 minutes and had a lot of need to 'push'. The second insemination caused me greater pain and 45 mins in the restroom. The last insemination was so bad I thought I was going to die. I am very tan and lost ALL of my skin's pigment. I had the cold sweats and felt very lightheaded. I was on the toilet with that pushing feeling for about an hour before I felt I could lay back down again. I felt like the pain was so great I was going to pass out.....and I have a VERY HIGH pain tolerance. We've inseminated SEVERAL times before. There's never been a problem like this....any ideas as to why this happened or what could have caused it? Any information would be helpful....I'm feeling a bit scared to try to inseminate again. With greater pain it'd kill me...please advise.

If you are talking about self insemination maybe you are allergic to whatever you are using to inseminate with ?Is there any rubber or latex on the instrument ?That's just a guess, but I think you should chat to a health professional before you try again.
