i am a good worker and female...get the job done...friendly...on time...never sick...happy...eager... all the good things you want in an employee...even more so being that i have a crappy low wage job...
problem is...i have an incredibly moody female boss...one minute she's friendly to me...the next...she has to point out my shortcomings...without going into too much detail...i think she hates me because i'm too nice...try to do things too right...she's the kind of person who makes up there mind about you the second she meets you... if you're a "guy"...which is mostly who i work with...she treats you with respect...most of the time... i know all bosses have their quirks...their ups and downs...i don't expect her to kiss my *** or anyone elses... but i am asking for advice on how to get a thicker skin...and if you think the "laugh and be even happier" approach would work.... would that make her look even more like the bully she is if i don't act like it bothers me? ty 4 any help

Perhaps she feels threatened by you?
Reply:She has a weakness in there somewhere. Meanwhile, just accept her as she is. She's your boss and that's the reality right now. Just do a bomb *** job and make yourself indispensable!
