First off, I can't shave the hair of because my mum won't let me. Second, I've recently noticed that hair bleach makes my arm hair longer! So, I want to find a way to lighten my arm hair without making it too long, because I have tons of it on pale skin.
Are there ways to bleach arms for a long period of time?
try muriatic acid, you can find it at walmart... just ask an employee
