here are my favorite concealers with buildable coverage in different price ranges (good even on my oily skin in the hot florida summers)...

mark invisible touch perfecting concealer $5, 5 shades

merle norman cover up concealer $12, 12 shades

benefit boi-ing concealer $18, 3 shades

to apply, pat (don't rub) on with a sponge or small brush. set with foundation and/or powder.

and to apply it evenly pick out a really good moisturizer and out it on first, i would recommend Stila Tinted Moisturizer but thats not a drugstore price.

Over the concealer, seal it with some powder.

Reply:depending on your skin type. bare naturals works very well for me. and to apply. a powder. using a brush, apply using a brush and gently tap off access and start from your nose and work your way with circular motions. spray on works realllllllly well too and doesnt make it oily spray it on a sponge and use it for all red spots and such(: hope i heelped.
