Which dress should i buy for semi-formal?

I'm 14 (15 the end of next week) 5'3 %26amp; 154 ibs. I'm a 36 D ( which can cause problems in some dresses) and i have very light skin. The dance will be in January.

The first one is 26" long and the second is 41" long. If you know about any other sites (that ship to canada) with a dress i might like, i'd love to have the link to that to. Also, what kind of shoes should i wear?

Which dress should i buy for semi-formal?

Reply:I think that the first dress would cause some boob problems, so the 2nd one would be best.

I can't see there being a boob problem with the first dress, you'll hold it up no prob!


I do prefer a colour to black, which can really wash out a fair skinned person (I feel your pain on that one).


Also, the band across the middle of the first one is a great way to create an hourglass figure, and the full skirt will balance out a big chest (I have been watching a LOT of what not to wear!).

Reply:I like the cream color dress, I couldn't wear it cuz I have no boobies to hold it up lol, but I think it will work. If you want you can buy a dressy bolero to go over it...I mean it will be january.


I think the black one will make you more or less look like a vampire if your skin is very light. Black heels, and black choker necklace and drop earrings (dangle)

Try some heels if you can! Peep-toe ones are really pretty.

I don't have any links but i would suggest a more conservative neckline, like a halter or even a banded collar sleeveless dress. i hope you want some of the guys to glance up at your beautiful face at least once in awhile. The strapless one will require good bra for support. Enjoy the dance!
