i give you this necklace,


to show how i feel,


the distance,


tearing at my heart,


the pain so real





put it around your neck,


and think of me,


feel my touch if only for a second





let it be a constant reminder,


of the one you love who returns your feelsing,


let it be a reminder of the girl you point at...and say:


thats her





feel the cold medal heart,


agaisnt your own,


as it warms because of your skin,


with each breathe you take





dont remove it,


wear it forever,


font forget-hold it till we can finally be together





when you go to sleep,


hold my heart in your hand,


kiss it softly-out of habit,


without realizing were both in this deep





everything seems to revolve around us,


our feelings so strong,


were shaking the world


imagine what will happen when we touch





so far away i whisper i love you...


where you are...


i can almost here you say"i love you too"

It gets right to the chain, with its meaning of love and stays there...does not get off the subject and go rambling...and, that's what a good poem does. Romantic, wistful, making me wish someone had my necklace of love!
